Leadership Institute of Riverside County | RCOE Executive Leadership Services
RCOE offers high quality, leading edge professional development for superintendents in the form of the proven Executive Leadership Center (ELC) Seminars* previously delivered through the California School Leadership Academy (CSLA) as well as other customized professional development activities.
Riverside County Superintendent of Schools Kenn Young works collaboratively with the District Superintendents to develop the professional development emphasis for each year.
All programs and activities are delivered by retired or current Superintendents. The emphasis is on moving from research to practice in order to create a district environment of improved teaching and learning.
*A partnership was formed by ACSA and Springboard Schools to continue the development of this program. Delivery in each region is done in collaboration with Springboard Schools.
