Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, this meeting will be available to a limited number of in-person audience members on a first-come, first–served basis. The meeting will be displayed live on the RCOE YouTube channel from Zoom proceedings 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Public comments will be limited to 3 minutes in person.
