• Apply the principles of Tier 3 practices to current individual student support efforts to assess strengths and needs
• Gain fluency in the tiered (or layered) nature of interventions and team processes at Tier 3
• Explore new ways to team at all tiers that will benefit Tier 3 effectiveness and efficiency
