This program was developed to provide direct support to site College and Career Center Specialists. Designed as a series of four-day workshops, these interactive sessions feature local and national experts in College Career Center areas and topics covered include: using data, showcasing results, advocating with administrators, partnering with counseling teams, and essential practices with student/parents. Additionally, participants can receive individualized support as needed to strengthen their center and build their capacity.
