The role of the school counselor is vital in helping to ensure all students are well prepared for college and the workforce. The Riverside County School Counselor Leadership Network (SCLN) is designed to provide opportunities for all TK-12 school counselors to share and collaborate on best practices that help create high-performing cultures that promote college and career readiness. SCLN particularly highlights successful practices in the implementation and monitoring of personalized student learning plans, which ensure successful completion of a rigorous course of study and a seamless transition to postsecondary education, as well as strategies for early intervention systems that are focused on meeting the diverse needs of at-risk students.

The next School Counselor Leadership Network will takes place in both the fall (September) and spring (February). Online registration will be available on our professional development opportunities page closer to the event date.
