Calling All Creatives!

To share your creativity and imagination in the classroom through your lesson plans in the areas of visual art, choral music, instrumental music, dance, theatre, and media arts.

Your lesson can be arts specific, enhancing another content area via the arts, or fully integrated with another content area (co-equal).

Your approved lesson will be posted on the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) webpage to be shared with other teaching professionals in our county and beyond.

Our goal is to share the wealth of knowledge and experience among teachers while striving to bring greater access to the arts for all students on a daily basis.

Lessons welcomed starting on Sunday, October 1, 2023, through Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

To submit a proposed lesson:

• Click here to access the lesson plan template.
• Complete the fillable template.
• Save your lesson plan as: Last name-Art Form-Grade Level
• Send to lhiggins@rcoe.us with the subject line: Teacher Created Arts Lesson Submission.

Teachers who submit an approved lesson plan will be recognized with a certificate from the Riverside County Office of Education.

Teachers who submit 5 or more approved lesson plans will be recognized with a plaque from the Riverside County Office of Education.
