The Riverside County Office of Education Instructional Services believes that all students can be successful and have access to quality education by providing extraordinary service, support, and partnerships. The special education support provided by Instructional Services offers a variety of professional development opportunities for both general and special educators such as supporting inclusive practices, co-teaching, Specially Designed Instruction with Universal Design for Learning, SANDI/FAST implementation, comprehensive literacy and differentiated instruction.
