The Center for Administrator Preparation offers support for those pursuing requirements to become educational administrators in California. Our programs provide course requirements and job embedded training necessary to receive a preliminary, or clear an administrative services credential.

Educational inequities exist in schools across a variety of dimensions. We are committed to empowering inclusive, culturally responsive school leaders to facilitate equitable practices. Our program is focused on building capacity with new educational administrators and prospective school principals to excel at meeting the increased challenges of school leadership.
