The Pupil and Administrative Services (PAS) Unit includes a dedicated team focused on supporting our districts and charter schools in designing meaningful and sustainable systems that encourage and support respectful relationships, value diversity, foster environments that are physically and emotionally safe, promote restorative and fair disciplinary practices, and are committed to the health and well-being of all students and all adults.

The PAS Unit provides research-based resources, professional development and technical assistance in the areas of:

  • Child Welfare and Attendance

  • Expulsion Appeals

  • Expanded Learning Programs

  • Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program

  • Homeless Education/McKinney-Vento

  • Interdistrict Attendance Appeals
