The Director of Pupil and Administrative Services assists all Riverside County School Districts in the improvement of behavior, alternatives to traditional discipline, conflict resolution, building relationships and repairing harm by enabling individuals to communicate effectively and positively. 

The Director also facilitates the implementation and improvement of bullying prevention and intervention and suicide prevention and intervention. This includes, but is not limited to, addressing social-emotional concerns to include recent loss, appearing depressed, self-harm behavior, bullying, displaying signs of possible substance use or abuse, inconsistent school attendance, sudden drop in grades, family conflict or turmoil, etc.

Restorative Practices

Focuses on the improvement and repair of relationships between school communities and other communities. The purpose is to build healthy communities, increase accountability, decrease antisocial behavior, repair harm and restore relationships.

Bullying Prevention/Intervention

Provides prevention and intervention services and strategies for addressing bullying, violence, and conflict or turmoil.
