Recruitment and Selection serves the employment needs of RCOE programs and departments by providing a full scope of recruitment services.

Recruitment and Selection develops and interprets policies and procedures for the recruitment, testing, screening, interviewing, orientation, evaluation, compensation, training, and termination of certificated and classified employees.

Assistance is also provided to school district personnel in various areas of human resources, such as fingerprinting and criminal records evaluations, recruitment events, professional development, and substitute consortium.
