Submit an Interpreting/Translation Request

RCOE departments and other local authorized entities can easily access our language support services by submitting a request for interpreting or translation services through our convenient online request system. Our interpreting services cater to a wide range of activities, including Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, State-mandated policy and executive board committee meetings, trainings, workshops and community forums. Likewise, documents often submitted for translation include psychological, nursing, speech & language reports, as well as Individualized Education Plan documents.

For parents seeking language support services for meetings, please note that the request must be submitted by the RCOE department or authorized entity at no cost to you. To request services, please contact your main office, principal, case manager, or entity representative and they will submit the request on your behalf.
