Community Schools Partnership. Coordinating services for the whole child and their community

Countywide, school districts are applying for, and receiving, CCSPP Implementation Grants to support their efforts to partner with community agencies and local government to align community resources to improve student outcomes.

The Riverside County Office of Education coordinates support for regional community school's implementation.

The following districts and schools are currently part of the Community School Partnership Program in Riverside County.
